Lutowca is the Polish sour cherry variety Łutówka — confirmed by the nursery as the same variety, the spelling used in its own documentation being a transliteration without Polish diacritics. Łutówka is one of the most widely grown sour cherry varieties in Central and Eastern Europe, highly productive and well suited to processing.
