Pear (Pyrus communis) is valued for its sweet, aromatic fruit. We graft our pear seedlings onto BA-29 (quince) rootstock, semi-vigorous and early into bearing.
Pear generally adapts well to Moldova's climate, preferring fertile, cool, well-drained soils.
